Most famous rat/mouse

1. Mickey Mouse – is an Academy Award-winning comic animal cartoon character who has become an icon for The Walt Disney Company. He was created in 1928 by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks and voiced by Walt Disney. The Walt Disney Company celebrates his birth as November 18, 1928 upon the release of Steamboat Willie.[2] The anthropomorphic mouse has evolved from being simply a character in animated cartoons and comic strips to become one of the most recognizable symbols in the world.

2. Jerry from the famous tandem Tom and Jerry. They are an Academy Award-winning animated cat (Tom) and mouse (Jerry) team who formed the basis of a successful series of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer theatrical short subjects created, written and directed by animators William Hanna and Joseph Barbera (later of Hanna-Barbera fame). One hundred and fourteen Tom and Jerry cartoons were produced by the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer cartoon studio in Hollywood from 1940 until 1957, when the animation unit was closed down.

3. Speedy Gonzales “the fastest mouse in all Mexico”, is an animated cartoon mouse from the Warner Brothers Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of cartoons. Speedy’s major traits are his ability to run extremely fast, and his comedic Mexican accent. He usually wears an oversized yellow sombrero, a white shirt and trousers, and a red ascot.

4. Splinter – a giant anthropomorphic rat who is the Sensei and paternal figure to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, Raphael)

5. Mighty Mouse – famous from its catchy line “Here I come to save the day”

6. Fivel – is the cutest mouse from the American Tail movie.

7. Stuart Little – Michael J. Fox is the voice of the titular character who lived as a normal kid (almost)

8. The three blind mice from the nursery rhyme

9. The mouse from Mousehunt – I don’t know his name

10 Remy from the movie Ratatouille is a rat who lives in the attic of a French country home. A rat who can cook with his exceptionally discerning sense of smell.

11. Pinky and the Brain – are genetically enhanced laboratory mice who reside in a cage in the Acme Labs research facility. In each episode, Brain devises a new plan for the two mice (led by Brain) to take over the world, which ultimately ends in failure.

12. Hector – A rat that became a national hero in France in 1961 after becoming the first animal to travel into the lower atmosphere in a rocket.
